- GENERAL PROVISIONS
We, FUTURESEC, UAB, legal entity code 306394455, registered office at M. Mažvydo st. 17-41, Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter – FUTURESEC), we respect and protect the privacy of every visitor and customer of the www.futuresec.lt website and undertake to handle and store your data fairly and legally.
This Privacy Policy is drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council “2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data”, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter – GDPR), “Personal data of the Republic of Lithuania the Law on Legal Protection of Data” (hereinafter – ADTAĮ), other legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania.
This Privacy Policy explains FUTURESEC’s policy regarding the information (including personal data) we collect about you and why we collect, process and use this information.
This Privacy Policy describes the principles of collection, use and storage of personal data of visitors and customers of the www.futuresec.lt website, the purposes and means of processing personal data, and informs who can access personal data and for what purposes. The terms used in the FUTURESEC Privacy Policy are understood as they are defined in GDPR and ADTAĮ.
We may periodically change the Privacy Policy. After changing the Privacy Policy, we will notify you of these changes by publishing the changed Privacy Policy on the www.futuresec.lt website (hereinafter – the Website), therefore we recommend that you periodically check our website www.futuresec.lt The terms of the Privacy Policy apply to you every time you visit FUTURESEC in the office or on the website, regardless of what device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, TV, etc.) you are using.
Each time you visit the www.futuresec.lt website, you agree to the conditions described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these conditions, you have the right not to visit the www.futuresec.lt website, not to use its content and/or FUTURESEC services.
The visitor and/or customer of the www.futuresec.lt website (hereinafter – the Data Subject), by providing their personal data (including data directly or indirectly provided by visiting the www.futuresec.lt website and using its services), agrees and does not object that FUTURESEC (hereinafter – the Data Controller) would manage and process them for the purposes and procedures specified in this Privacy Policy, the consent of the data subject and FUTURESEC legal acts.
Persons who are younger than 16 years old cannot provide any personal data through the www.futuresec.lt website. If you are a person under the age of 16, you must obtain the consent of your parent or other legal guardian before submitting personal information.
We care about the protection and privacy of your personal data and aim to inform you in detail about the processing of your personal data, whether you communicate with us orally, in writing, or in any other way you choose.
- WHAT ARE THE PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION THAT WE FOLLOW?
When collecting and using your personal data entrusted to us, as well as obtained from other sources, we adhere to the following principles:

- Your personal data is collected for established, clearly defined and legitimate purposes and is not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes (principle of purpose limitation);
- Your personal data are adequate, appropriate and only necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed (principle of reducing the amount of data);
- Personal data processed are accurate and updated when necessary (principle of accuracy);
- Your personal data is stored in such a form that the identity of the person can be determined no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which your personal data is processed (principle of limitation of storage duration);
- Your personal data is processed in such a way that, by applying appropriate technical or organizational measures, adequate personal data security is ensured, including protection against unauthorized or illegal data processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage (principle of integrity and confidentiality) .
- WHAT DATA AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE COLLECT, PROCESS AND USE?
We receive and use your personal data if you intend to enter into or have entered into a contract with FUTURESEC for the provision of services and have given your consent to it, or the processing of personal data is possible on the basis of legal acts, in pursuit of our legitimate interests.
We collect, process and use your personal data that you provide yourself or that we receive from other sources in accordance with GDPR, ADTAĮ and FUTURESEC legislation.
We collect, process and use your personal data for the following main purposes:
- If you visit the www.futuresec.lt website, we collect information about www.futuresec.lt website visitors and other browsing information, including data on when and from where you accessed our website or other electronic platforms. During registration on the www.futuresec.lt website, you will be asked to provide personal data and consent to collect and process the personal data provided by you in order for FUTURESEC to provide you subscribed news, publications and information about services or events. You can withdraw your consent to FUTURESEC processing your personal data at any time by sending an email to: info@futuresec.lt. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data and other information provided by you are correct and accurate.
- In order to be able to advise you on employment at FUTURESEC and evaluate your candidacy, we collect and process your name, surname, date of birth, a copy of your personal identity document, address, phone number and other contact data and information about your marital status, education, income, financial obligations you have and other information you provide to us during meetings or remote consultations. We process and store this information for no longer than is necessary to respond to your request.
- In order to be able to advise you on the services provided by FUTURESEC or to provide services and to be able to contact you, we collect and process your following data: name, surname, date of birth, address, telephone number and other contact data. We store this information no longer than is necessary to fulfill your request.
- In order to be able to provide you with FUTURESEC services and properly fulfill our contractual obligations, as well as fulfill our obligations set out in legal acts, we collect and process the following data of you or your representative: name, surname, date of birth, personal identification number, copy of personal identification document, address , phone number and other contact details. For this purpose, we also use your bank account number, data about your transactions with FUTURESEC and other data and information necessary for the execution of the contract, which we receive from you using FUTURESEC services. We automatically analyze your use of FUTURESEC services so that we can properly inform you about disruptions in the provision of FUTURESEC services, introduce service improvements or new similar services. We process the data collected during the provision of services as long as you use our services and store them for another 10 years after you stop using them.
- So that we can communicate with you, properly fulfill our contractual obligations, answer your questions and requests regarding the provision of FUTURESEC services, as well as receive your feedback, send important messages regarding the provision of FUTURESEC services, changes to the rules, this Policy or other documents, and send warnings about security, we process your contact data and the content of received and sent messages. We process data collected while providing services as long as you use our services.
- In order to be able to send and present direct marketing offers that meet your needs and are tailored to you, we collect and use your name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, as well as collect and use information about your use of our services, history of payment transactions and other information that you provide to us during meetings or through electronic channels. For this purpose, we automatically analyze your personal data, including information about the services you have ordered and your purchase history, i.e. i.e. what goods and services you purchased using our services. We process data collected while providing services as long as you use our services. If you do not agree to your personal data being used for direct marketing purposes, please inform us immediately.
- In order to ensure the provision of FUTURESEC services to you remotely, we record telephone conversations or other communications between you and us. For this purpose, we also store your phone number, IP address and other identifying data, conversation content, duration, time and other technical data. We process data collected while providing services as long as you use our services.
- To ensure the security of you and our assets, we conduct video surveillance and process your video data when you visit FUTURESEC. We store image data for 30 days.
- For the purposes of FUTURESEC customer debt management, joint debtor data file processing, personal solvency assessment and in order to be able to manage your debts to us, we collect and process the following data: name, surname, personal identification number, date of birth, copy of personal identity document, address, telephone number, data about your income, workplace, current position, available property, financial obligations, credit and payment history, family property, fact and date of death (if the person is deceased), amount of indebtedness. We process data no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of data collection. The period of storage of personal data for document archiving purposes is defined taking into account the legitimate interest of FUTURESEC, in accordance with the deadlines set by legislation.
- In order to be able to implement money laundering prevention requirements and determine whether you can become our client, we collect data about your workplace, current position, and citizenship. We store this information no longer than it is necessary to respond to your request or to conclude a contract.
- In order to be able to manage and protect the legitimate interests of FUTURESEC and in order to comply with GDPR, ADTAĮ and FUTURESEC rules and provisions of other legal acts, the requirements of courts and law enforcement authorities and to satisfy their requests, we may process data and information about court or administrative processes in which You you participate, and other information transferred to us for the above purposes. We process and store data no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of data collection.
- In the course of fulfilling contractual obligations or duties set forth in legal acts, we may also receive your personal data from other sources:
- Boards of the State Social Insurance Fund;
- JV “Registrų centro”, JV “Regitra”, law enforcement institutions, other registries and state institutions;
- UAB “Creditinfo Lietuva”;
- Insurance companies, if you use insurance services;
- Ministry of Finance and other financial institutions;
If you are related to FUTURESEC clients (legal entities) and are a representative of these legal entities,
employee, contractor, founder, shareholder, participant, owner, etc.
The use of your personal information helps us manage, improve and develop our services, reduce disruptions in the provision of our services, update and facilitate communication and tailor it to you personally.
When collecting and using your personal data entrusted to us, as well as obtained from other sources, we commit to:
- Process them only for clearly defined and legal purposes;
- Not to process your personal data for purposes other than those specified in this Policy, except for the cases established by legal acts;
- Process and store your personal data legally, accurately, transparently, honestly and in such a way as to ensure the accuracy, identity, and security of the processed personal data;
- Ensure that redundant personal data is not processed;
- Process and store your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed;
- To be responsible for the observance of the principles established in the Policy and to be able to prove that they are observed;
- Perform other duties provided for in legal acts.
We do not collect special categories of personal data that reveal your racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, data about your sex life or sexual orientation.
- WHAT DO WE DO TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION?
We use various security technologies and procedures to protect your personal information – which we collect for the purposes of providing our services – from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We require suppliers to use appropriate measures that can protect your confidentiality and ensure the security of your personal information.
Please note that although we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no website, online transaction, computer system or wireless connection is completely secure. The security of information transmission over the Internet or by e-mail can sometimes not be ensured for reasons beyond FUTURESEC’s control, so you should be careful when providing us with confidential information through your chosen means outside of FUTURESEC’s electronic systems.
We store your personal data in FUTURESEC’s printed documents and information systems for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, or for such a period as is provided by legislation and for as long as it is necessary to store data for the purposes of archiving documents, in compliance with the requirements set by legislation and deadlines.
FUTURESEC applies different personal data storage terms in accordance with the requirements of legal acts and taking into account the purposes of personal data processing.
Exceptions to retention periods may be established if they do not violate the rights of data subjects and comply with legal requirements. Longer storage of your personal data can be carried out when:
- It is necessary for us to defend ourselves against claims, claims or lawsuits and to exercise our rights;
- There are reasonable suspicions of an illegal act that is being investigated;
- Your data is necessary to properly resolve the dispute, complaint;
- In the presence of other legal grounds.
At the end of the set terms, if they have not been extended, the data will be destroyed without the possibility of their reproduction.

You have the right at any time by submitting a written request to FUTURESEC, UAB, at M. Mažvydo str. 17-41, Vilnius, Lithuania, or by sending an e-mail to info@futuresec.lt to familiarize yourself with your personal data and know how they are processed. You have the following rights:
- The right to access your personal data;
- The right to demand correction of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete data;
- The right to limit the processing of your personal data until the legality of their processing is verified at your request;
- The right to demand deletion of personal data;
- The right to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, and when personal data is processed for our legitimate interests;
- The right to demand the transfer of your personal data to another data controller or to provide them directly in a form convenient for you (applies to those personal data that you have provided yourself and which are processed by automated means on the basis of consent or on the basis of submitting a request or concluding and executing a contract);
- The right to withdraw your consent, without affecting the use of your personal data prior to the withdrawal of consent;
- The right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority – the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
We will provide an answer to your request no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. In exceptional cases requiring additional time, we, after notifying you, will have the right to extend the deadline for submitting the requested data or examining other requirements specified in your request up to 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of your application.
We will refuse to satisfy your request with a reasoned answer when the circumstances specified in the GDPR and other legal acts have been determined, informing you about this in writing.
- TO WHOM CAN WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
FUTURESEC ensures the protection of personal data in accordance with both the directly applicable legal acts of the European Union and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and FUTURESEC, therefore we can transfer your personal data to third parties in compliance with the requirements of legal acts and only in accordance with one-time legitimate requests of these persons or in accordance with concluded data provision agreements, with the exception of data processors engaged by FUTURESEC.
We may use data processors for processing the personal data specified in this Policy:
- Companies providing data centers, website administration and related services;
- Companies providing document archiving and destruction services;
- Companies creating, providing, supporting and developing software;
- Companies providing information technology infrastructure services;
- Companies providing communication services;
- Companies performing analysis of internet browsing or internet activity and providing services.
Data processors have the right to process your personal data only in accordance with FUTURESEC’s instructions and only to the extent necessary to properly fulfill the obligations set out in the data processing agreement. We take all necessary measures to ensure that our data processors have implemented appropriate organizational and technical security measures.
In all cases, FUTURESEC requires a legal basis from the recipient of the data. In the absence of a legal basis, FUTURESEC refuses to provide your personal data to third parties.
In compliance with the requirements of legal acts, your personal data may be transferred to:
- To courts and other law enforcement and/or dispute settlement institutions, in the exercise of their legal powers according to their written request;
- For companies providing debt collection, event organization, video surveillance services;
- To the Department of Statistics, the Board of the State Social Insurance Fund, JV “Registrų centrui”, JV “Regitra”, notaries, bailiffs, law enforcement and state institutions;
- For representatives of audit institutions;
- To other third parties, as far as it relates to the transfer of our services, sales, purchases, reorganization of services, or similar changes in the company.
